When so much of what we see around us is bad, one begins to wonder if that is all there is. The answer is no! So, we have to look in other places for the good. The inspired writer wrote in Ps. 33:5, "The Earth is full of the goodness of the Lord."
First, we see God's goodness in Creation. Just open your eyes. There are mountains, rivers, flowers and trees, stars and animals that reveal God's goodness.
Second, we see God's goodness in Christians. As Christians continue the work of Christ, we can see them revealing God's goodness in their lives.
Third, we can see God's goodness throughout the Bible. People are really not so lovable after all, yet the scriptures remind us how much God really loves us. He remains good even when we fall short.
So, God's goodness really does fill the Earth. Just open your eyes, look around, and take in God's goodness.
